This is part of the exchange rates adapter. This part fetches exchange rates from external sources and processes it for PAL.
The Exchange Rates Adapter fetches exchange rates from exchangeratesapi.io website. It requires an API key, which can be generated for free. Each key allows 100 requests per month.
