This is part of the adapter for connecting to Elprisetjust.nu external service. This part fetches electricity price for SE1, SE2, SE3 and SE4. It also is responsible for storing the data into DynamoDB and generating an event that there exists new electricity prices for a specific market area.

If the adapter is extended with other price providers, we can either create separate or include the retrieval process in this service.
