Overview

The Eastcoast Visitor Adapter, integrates with the Visitors Service. The adapter connects to the MS SQL database which handles the visitors system. The adapter queries every minute for new visitors. If a visitor is found, it will update it’s own database as well as create a request to Visitors system.

The event handler is only acting on CustomerCreated and CustomerDeleted events from PAL.

The adapter consists of Eventhandler and an scheudle triggered lambda.

Only one of the two events that are catched by the eventhandler, actually does something. The CustomerDeletedEvent will try to delete from the EastCoast dynamodb table.
